Our focus is on you. What you need matters and we tailor the therapy to your personal goals and ways of learning. We give you the tools to succeed and thrive. We are a safe place to explore your identity, relationships, and purpose in life. Our staff is here to help. Our couples therapists work with you to heal past hurts, learn communication skills, and develop the kind of relationship that can last the test of time, but when it doesn't we are also here to grieve and move on. Holly is kind, professional, conscientious, and creative. She uses several different therapy techniques including art and movement therapies, EMDR, and many others, to help get to the root of the issues you’re having. She’s very warm and personable, and it is easy to open up to her. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate counselor that can still help you move forward and through whatever you’re going through.
