We take a highly individualized approach, developing customized treatment plans that align with each patient’s health history, goals, and lifestyle. Our services include provider-guided medical weight loss, utilizing scientifically proven therapies such as GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) and Bupropion/Naltrexone, when clinically appropriate. Medications are shipped directly to your door for added convenience. We also incorporate nutrition injections, peptides, targeted supplement regimens, and lifestyle support as part of a comprehensive framework designed to support sustainable results. In addition to weight loss care, Elevera Health offers hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and ongoing wellness support through our Wellness Care Membership, which provides continuity of care, close monitoring, and access to telehealth sick visits and follow-ups. All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing patients to receive care from the comfort of home. We offer evening and weekend availability and currently serve patients throughout Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. Elevera Health is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, accessible, and personalized medical care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based models.
