Our therapists work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, boundaries, and other challenges that may be impacting their well-being. We believe that finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process. Our approach emphasizes genuine connection, collaboration, and treatment tailored to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals. **New clients:** Appointments booked through Zocdoc are **15-minute virtual consultations for prospective new clients.** During your consultation, you'll have an opportunity to briefly discuss what you're looking for, ask questions, and determine whether the therapist may be a good fit for your needs. Your consultation is not a full therapy or intake session. If you and your therapist decide to move forward, your therapist will work with you directly to schedule your initial appointment and ongoing 50-minute therapy sessions. **Current clients:** Please continue scheduling appointments directly with your therapist rather than through Zocdoc.
