I waited to be seen through a virtual visit and I was never seen. I waited for over 20 minutes for the doctor to join this video call and no one ever got on the video view. I was really needing to be seen then I seen a email the next day and they said all of our physcians are busy have 21 hands on phones. Which is just bad
