The Dental hygienist and the Doctor were both excellent. My Aetna Insurance was not accepted and was not informed before the service. I have to pay from pocket

I found the office environment to be unprofessional and unreliable. It was clear that the practice was more concerned about securing the maximum number of patients than taking care of those of us who took time out of our busy day for a cleaning. Deeply disappointing and would not recommend.

Just keep at it. :) I am very happy with my teeth. I am working on one area that was brought to my attention during my last visit, but I am hoping it will improve as I work on it.

Visit was great! Very friendly staff and beautiful office. The hygienist was very thoughtful and Dr. Hartman was very great about educating me on my teeth but not pushing me to do any unnecessary work.
