I had such a wonderful experience with my psychiatrist. From the very beginning, I felt an instant connection, which can be so hard to find—especially when searching for the right psychiatrist nowadays.
I went into my appointment feeling scared and nervous, but I left feeling heard, understood, and genuinely hopeful. She made me feel comfortable enough to open up without feeling judged or rushed. For the first time in a while, I feel like I have faith that I’m on the right path and that things are going to get better.
I never thought I would say this about a psychiatrist appointment, but I’m actually looking forward to my follow-up! I’m so grateful I found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, understanding, and caring psychiatrist.

Sindhia is so kind, she asks about all aspects of life and remembers what I've told her about my personal life from session to session. She takes all feedback and I've found a lot of peace in my life with her help. Sindhia is excellent! I am a shy person ands she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She cares a lot and asked lot of detail before my first appointment which saved a lot of time and stress explaining everything. She is very smart and perceptive and understood me right away. She choose a medication that perfectly fit my needs and I feel so much better. I never thought I could be doing this well. She is always available, even in between appointments, for questions. I feel supported and cared about at every appointment.
