Terrible experience had an appointment at 2:20pm called the office at 2pm to confirm. Front desk said doctor would be calling me shortly to start the virtual visit . Waited until 330Pm still no phone call so I called the office again and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up on me. I called back and the front desk person told me the doctor was busy with patients and would be calling me at 5pm to do my virtual appointment. 5pm came and went with no phone call. This doctor and office is highly unprofessional and I would avoid them at all costs

I’m giving one star because I came to this office twice and still wasn’t able to see the doctor.
The front desk staff was very kind, but the overall experience was frustrating. I called the clinic, left a voicemail, and never received a callback.
The first time I arrived, the clinic was closed. The second time, I waited 20 minutes only to be told my Zocdoc appointment wasn’t in their system. While I was waiting, another patient canceled and left, but I still wasn’t offered that available time.
I drove from another city twice and spent about 2.5 hours just trying to get a referral for lab work. Instead, I now have to find another clinic.
Very disappointing experience. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and communication.
