My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm and welcoming space for clients to feel safe and comfortable. I have over 7 years of experience as a therapist and specialize in working with adults with ADHD and anxiety. I understand how difficult it is to navigate life with these challenges. ADHD can be misunderstood, especially for women. These misconceptions can cause a tremendous amount of shame and guilt. I aim to support you in building up what makes you unique and assist you in learning skills to better manage your current struggles. It is Important to me that you feel understood and comfortable to express yourself freely in our sessions.
