The office is at their home and the waiting room and office was dusty and so so outdated . Seen at 2:30 - couldn’t call in prescription until 6:00 - so pharmacy couldn’t fill until next day. not to mention she called in the ointment under my name - instead of my daughter’s z( actual patient) because of this - I’m trying to convince the pharmacist there is something for my daughter z- instead of them telling me she has nothing. It,s a good thing pharmacist thought to loook under my name.
Office is so nasty - who knows if equipment is sterilized.
