As a retired cnical director of psychiatry, she has expertise in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other psychiatric disorders. Dr. Stevenson offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy sessions to help her patients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Dr Stevenson uses an eclectic approach combining elements of Psychopharmaology, psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT,DBT family counselling ,couples therapy.

I have been seeing Dr. Stevenson for over 12 years and she is wonderful. Dr. Stevenson has a finely-tuned and up-to-date understanding of medications and uses them thoughtfully. Dr. Stevenson is also warm, caring and insightful, making her an excellent psychotherapist. I have found this combination challenging to find in psychiatry but Dr. Stevenson has it - she is the whole package.
