Dr. James was so kind and informative. She was incredibly thorough, and attentive. I learned a lot from my visit and felt like I was in good hands. The office is nicely decorated and clean. The staff were all kind and patient. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. James. She was very knowledgeable. She provided me with education, diagnosis, a treatment plan, and most of all, HOPE! The staff were also very friendly. The only problem that I encountered was that the online intake forms and medical history that I completed beforehand on ZocDoc were not available to the provider. I spent almost an hour completing the forms for a 2nd time. I'm not sure why this happened, but all was made well, and I was put at ease. I highly recommend Dr. James for dermatological care.
