Dr. Lefevre is a wonderful person. Even when discussing points of anxiety-inducing events in my life, our sessions thus far have made me feel more regulated. She is a great listener, very patient, flexible, understanding, demonstrates real compassion for others, and will consider all facets of personality and circumstances. I am happy to have found her!

She is truly a blessing and very skilled in her practice. I know it’ll sound a bit far fetched but after my very first meeting I honestly felt that if I continued on the path she was helping direct me towards that things for me would get better, & I was not disappointed because they did! It may not be that way for everyone but I have full faith that given time you’ll be in a better place than you were when you first walked in through those doors. Following the suggestions and advice she laid out for me was the biggest step I could’ve taken in finding what I now know to be true happiness.

Although it was my first appointment with Grace, I left feeling very grateful I landed here and made the decision to seek therapy again. I felt heard, and I appreciated the questions she asked and how she transitioned/pivoted to different asks. I look forward to continuing to see her.
