I confirmed my appointment a day before my appointment and I came 40 mins before my appointment to check in and receptionist rudely told me that the dentist had a more important surgery in hour so they have to cancel my appointment. I couldn’t believe what I heard! More important appointment? Which means me calling off from work to to be there at the office is not important. The receptionist when I tried to prob further , she became very more rude telling me to just reschedule the appointment, that it’s not a big deal! I have never experienced anything like this before! What happened to good customer service? Please don’t waste your time to visit this office.
