I had to schedule a last minute visit to obtain medications for my anxiety and depression. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The provider was extremely helpful and non judgmental. My prescriptions were sent right away. I will definitely be making another appointment.

I’ve never done an online appointment before but this surpassed my expectations. It was very similar if not better than going in person. I love how convenient it is to go to my appointment from the comfort of my home. Dr. Marco More is excellent at his work and he made me feel seen,
and truly does care about his patients. Most of the providers i’ve seen previously did not care about my well being and they wanted to get patients in and out just to make profit. This led to me becoming addicted to many medications that were harming me rather than helping. I truthfully am so grateful for discovering Dr. More. Now I am on my journey to become clean from the adderall and benzos that I was hooked on for many years because of providers that didn’t care about me or my mental health. I will definitely be recommending this business to my loved ones since the way everything is set up is easy to use, and the staff are just exceptional!

The provider was great. No issues. But paying my bill was a mess. ELP Medical has an incomplete website and their representative had no idea what to do. It took an hour to finally get it paid so they would send my script. Patience is needed for self pay.
