Embrace Counseling Center offers trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. We provide bilingual (English/Spanish) care using EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing to support healing of the brain and body. Rooted in compassion and a holistic, faith-informed perspective, we help clients improve communication, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves and their relationships for lasting, meaningful change.

Sharon is very caring and compassionate. She listens as well as observes well. I’d almost lost hope in finding a therapist who I could trust would listen and guide me, not just try to “fix” what I told them.
