Embrace Family Therapy Inc

I am a therapist who provides culturally responsive care to adolescents and their families. I bring twenty-five years of experience in special education, supporting students with learning challenges and students with neurodivergent needs, and six years of clinical experience helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, abandonment, PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, social anxiety, parent–teen relationship challenges, ADHD, and immigration-related stressors. My approach is trauma-informed, warm, and culturally sensitive—always centered on you, your strengths, and your unique story. I know it can be scary to meet someone new, but taking that first step can be the start of healing.
