The provider called me yesterday 09/26 @ 630 pm to confirm my appointment for 09/27 @1:15pm. I confirmed and completed forms. I woke up this morning on 09/27 to a text my appointment had been rescheduled to 8:15 am with no explanation from the provider. I was not available at that time. No call, no email, nothing. Very unprofessional and I tried to contact provider. Nothing.
