My goal as a practitioner is to help improve the overall health and wellbeing of my patients by creating a personalized treatment plan involving acupuncture, diet and lifestyle adjustments. I aim to make acupuncture a relaxing and enjoyable experience and I provide my patients with an explanation and insight to their entire treatment. I encourage questions and communication throughout the process so that patients feel safe, heard and part of the process.

The appointment wasn’t terrible, but I won’t be returning. The office was clean and pleasant, and the provider was polite. However, I found it distracting that she chewed gum throughout our conversation.
My biggest concern was the acupuncture treatment itself. I’ve been receiving acupuncture regularly for over 10 years and have seen many different practitioners. I’ve never had a session where only five needles were used for my entire body. I was also surprised that the needle insertion sites were not cleaned with alcohol beforehand. In a city like NYC, where patients often arrive directly from the street or subway, cleaning the skin before inserting needles seems like a basic precaution.
I understand that it can take several sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture, but based on this experience, I don’t feel it’s worth returning for additional treatments.

I loved my visit with Devon! This was my first acupuncture experience and it was so lovely. The office is professional, clean, and creates a super soothing environment. Devon is lovely and communicates super clearly. I will definitely come back & would recommend her to anyone!

Devon is, by far, the most caring and attentive acupuncturist I have ever been treated by (I have been treated by three others over the last decade). She always takes the time to ask me about my condition, listens to my story, and tailors her treatment according to my particular needs. She has excellent bedside manner, as is very friendly, personable, and caring.

Dayna is a consummate professional. I had to see an acupuncturist following a right arm fracture from a ski accident that caused a tear in my main artery in the limb. Circulation and drainage was impacted and accupuncture was recommended post PT. Two sessions down and already see noticeable improvement. Highly recommend.
