Nothing ever happened and was informed “I don’t do anything with Insurance “ while requiring expensive testing and didn’t even know why I was referred to her, repeated all questions and didn’t even read my chart prior to meeting and didn’t send me any inf
Only had an initial consultation. Doctor never actually provided a diagnosis or any actual psychiatric services. Said they accepted my insurance, but they actually didn't and sent me a bill afterwards. It was a short initial consultation, which only convinced me not to do telehealth at all and to try to go with another provider in person, and the group they referred me to for ADHD testing, also didn't accept my insurance and wanted to charge me a large amount for the testing, but at least they caught it before billing me and were professional about it. Appointment was completely unproductive, and could have been avoided by verifying my insurance and offering to cancel beforehand. Which is something I would have expected a professional to do. They wanted me to reschedule monthly, and I assume I would have paid those costs out of pocket as well.

Ben was very personable and I felt safe and that I could share anything with him. He related things I was sharing to possible effects in my life that need to be worked through. Ben also was open to my ideas as well as me sharing my faith as a big coping skill in my life. I feel like he will make a huge impact in my life and healing journey just from our first visit.
