Only had an initial consultation. Doctor never actually provided a diagnosis or any actual psychiatric services.
Said they accepted my insurance, but they actually didn't and sent me a bill afterwards. It was a short initial consultation, which only convinced me not to do telehealth at all and to try to go with another provider in person, and the group they referred me to for ADHD testing, also didn't accept my insurance and wanted to charge me a large amount for the testing, but at least they caught it before billing me and were professional about it.
Appointment was completely unproductive, and could have been avoided by verifying my insurance and offering to cancel beforehand. Which is something I would have expected a professional to do. They wanted me to reschedule monthly, and I assume I would have paid those costs out of pocket as well.

Ben was very personable and I felt safe and that I could share anything with him. He related things I was sharing to possible effects in my life that need to be worked through. Ben also was open to my ideas as well as me sharing my faith as a big coping skill in my life. I feel like he will make a huge impact in my life and healing journey just from our first visit. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for a new med dr.

Excellent! I've had some frustrations with psychiatrists who seem to have other concerns besides what is best for my health. Tessa Ryan was thorough, professional, intelligent, and was able to keep my babbling self on track to get the relevant information. She seems to have good understanding of my issues. Overall very impressed and I am very grateful to have found someone I can trust wit my health.

Andrea is a breath of fresh air. I had been working with a prior Psychiatrist, and I was not heard. I felt as though I did not have say in my care plan. When I explained this to Andrea, she immediately made me feel better and for the first time, I felt heard. I am excited to continue to work with Andrea on my mental health! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the additional support, and a provider that cares!

Ashleigh Arrowood was far above & beyond what I expected…Mainly because of past history with medical professionals, I had almost completely lost faith in finding a doctor, that not only listened but really heard & addressed what I was saying. I truly cannot put in words how wholeheartedly comfortable & at ease she immediately made me. ?I felt as though I was talking to a life long friend. With my diagnosis?, I tend to ramble on & more often than not it takes me a minute to get to my point. Not once did she cut me off or make me feel as if what I was saying wasn’t important. Frankly I can’t say enough good things about her, her approach towards me & my appointment. I’m more than thankful to have stumbled upon her & I would recommend her 100%! What a beautiful, fantastic world it would be if everyone took her approach towards their work & people??

I have never left a bad review online and I really hate doing this, but this was not a good experience for me. Throughout the conversation, I did not feel comfortable opening up. I know that is going to happen sometimes and it takes time to find the right person, but I just didn’t feel heard or comfortable. I felt like she was just going through the motions. She said she would send me resources after that could help me, and sent me a 3 minute YouTube video. After the call I felt more stressed than I was before and regretted even scheduling.
The reason I chose this office was because my insurance covered it. I just received a call saying they were surprised to see that there was a denial and my insurance does not cover it. So I just paid more than I can afford out of pocket for a 30 minute call that did more harm than good for me. This is my personal experience, I know she has other good reviews. But I wouldn’t go back.
