The hygienist is not gentle at all. The receptionist could be nicer. Felt like they’re rushing as if patients were cattle.

I have never had a dental hygienist that was so rough for no reason. The dentist and the hygienist did not show good care.

I was seen by Dr. Kimons and is nothing but very professional. He explained everything well, was emphatic about my condition and pain, and accommodated us very well. I’m glad I was able to be seen right away. The office communicated very well sending my paperworks to me upon my request. My visit was excellent.

Dr. Lee is a very good dentist. She is so gentle, calm and a real non alarmist. She took her time with me to explain my treatment plan honestly and thoroughly. The office staff is so nice and welcoming. Hygenist took her time with my cleaning and made me feel so comfortable. I left feeling that my gums and teeth were in far better shape than when we began.

Be prepared to have "xrays" taken as a default. Everything is centered around what it will cost and what your insurance will pay for. That priority was what made me leave without being treated. It's definitely a place to go if you are in an emergency situation. Just don't have high expectations.

She made sure I was comfortable and happy the entire visit. Not to mention - it was the 4th of July and she happily took care of me. Truly thankful and grateful. Joanne has been my dentist for over three years and she’s always been a pleasure to see. She gives great feedback about oral health and is very forthcoming with answers to any questions I have. I’ve only ever had to see her for preventative care but still highly recommend her.

The dentist seemed competent and was careful, taking an x-ray first. The result was fine.
I appreciated that I could make an appointment online the night before though the registration could be more user friendly. It is also helpful that they will allow you to pay right there with credit card or cash if you are paying yourself.
For an emergency dental situation, it seems like a reasonable solution.
