The appointment never happened I waited for the zoom for over an hour than I got a message asking how my appointment went ? I called the office and a gentleman helped me quickly and rescheduled my appointment.

My appointment was at 9:20 am and I never received the invitation for the appointment. I tried calling several times but no one answered. Then when I get back after errands I had to run I saw they had sent it at 12:20 pm!

Ive waited 3 weeks for this appointment to get my prescriptions filled but there was no video visit on the app. I called Emily’s medical group for help getting into my appt and have currently been on hold for over 15min.
