Emmie was incredibly nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout our entire call. She made it very clear to me if I were uncomfortable at any time to let her know, if I didn't want to answer any questions that was fine, etc. I was even crying at one point and she stopped to check in with me to make sure I was okay and made it a point to try and make me to laugh afterward. 10/10 recommend, very happy with my decision!
