I’m writing this review in an attempt to not be hyper critical of this doctor. First, I would like to acknowledge that this individual has completed the grueling journey of becoming a psychiatrist. I respect them as a doctor. As a person, I cannot recommend him.
He was rude. I can’t be more blunt. He did not talk to me like I was a patient, like somebody that wanted to sit down with me and listen to me. He seemed mad that I did not know everything about my disorder and seemed mad when I tried to tell him my experiences with it.
I would give him zero stars, but maybe I caught him on a bad day. I almost cried on the call (emotional i know), but i seriously have never felt more disrespected by a provider before.

He asked me one question and then implied my anxiety/OCD symptoms weren’t real. I wasn’t asked about my mental health history, my medication history, or my current treatment. Overall not a good care provider and was very dismissive to someone already struggling.

Prior to our appointment, he had not read or been informed of any of the documents faxed to him. His intake was still minimal (did not even ask for current medications), changed his mind about clinical management halfway through and gave me to do list items (follow-ups, paperwork etc) to “tell the office about”. They had no idea what I was talking about and supposedly reached out to him for clarification. They never called me back and did not answer return calls including a voicemail. Waste of my time and back to square one.
