I wouldn’t recommend. She only does prescriptions, minimal talk therapy, and doesn’t fully understand the nature of sports to an athlete. Having a therapist, or tantamount, who understood athletes was crucial for me and she really doesn’t get it. It felt like she was putting words in my mouth trying to understand what the point of what I said was. Maybe a connection could be fostered for more casual athletic endeavors, but if you’re a serious athlete look elsewhere.
