Dr Lewis is awesome. He listened to all of my concerns and was methodical in his approach to them. Excellent bedside manner, friendly, genuinely cares. His front desk admin was super friendly and fun to talk (and has great taste in music!). Overall a great experience at Dr Lewis' office. Thanks!

The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful, but after I was seen for the initial exam, I had to wait over 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor though I was the only person there. The front desk man did not know where the doctor went either. When he came back he was incredibly brief, slightly smelled of beer, and disappeared immediately afterwards before I could ask any follow up questions about the appointment. Nice clean space though. Quick once I was finally seen.

Let’s just sum the entire experience up by saying it’s pretty obvious that this is a new location or practice. Super obviously understaffed/underprepared and the physician provided some really poor guidance in recommending I wear my contact lenses 45 minutes after dilation. I won’t return

I was happy to find a location I could walk to and that was well kept. The location was very clean and had a nice music playlist. The staff working the day I went was attentive, friendly. Dr. Justin Lewis took his time to read my chart, explain everything that was going to be done. I went in nervous and I left feeling a calmness.

I got the impression he was completely biased. When I set my appointment I put the type of insurance my daughter had and if they didn’t take metro plus they could have called me and let me know instead of wasting my time going there to not see my daughter. This is also the first place I’ve ever went to where they ask for my daughter’s social security and wouldn’t see her without her social security. After providing the info they asked for they still refused to see her. You can tell this isn’t a place that likes to take middle class. It’s all about the money not the patients. Shame on you!

Nice clean office. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, and a thorough exam. The glasses sale at the end was pricier than I had planned. Getting a copy of my prescription was a bit of a hassle and they charge to give you your PD (pupillary distance) number which was unexpected. Overall definitely recommend.

This was the BEST optometrist appointment I’ve ever had and I’ve been going to get eye exams for over 15 years. After moving, I was nervous to try a new eye doctor but rest assured Dr. Lewis is top of the line! He has all of the new technologies including a machine that takes a picture of the inside of your eyeball, something I’ve never had done before. The exam itself went smooth, was quick, and very accurate. After the initial exam, we did a contact consultation. I was provided an initial starter pair of contacts that I was able to take home. They worked great. After that, the doctor and I looked through all the frames he had under Medicaid, which he had many, more than I have ever seen at any other eye provider! After looking through pairs, he helped me decide on a very snazzy pair to get. I also bought the contacts there and he offered an acuve contacts rebate so I will be rebated from the contact manufacture. I will definitely be going back to him for all future eye needs.

Dr. Lewis and his staff took the time to get to know me and my vision history. They were professional with that personal touch that sets great doctors apart from the rest.
