I showed up for my appointment and the office was closed. I kept calling and could hear the phone ringing through the suite’s door. Disappointed, and will not be returning. This office was my PCP location and they’re open (according to their operator office hours) on Saturdays, yet for some reason they were closed when I arrived. Never had this problem before. I thought something was odd when no one called to confirm my appointment like usual. But having been many times before I disregarded it. I also thought maybe they’d gone on lunch but if that were the case why was i able to book for a 12pm appointment time. Ive had appointments in the past for 12pm as well with no issues.
I waited for an hour as well and no one appeared after 1pm. The customer service rep wasnt helpful either. She didnt work at the Practice either and shooed me off the phone and said I should just wait for them to call me.

I never saw the doctor. My appointment was for 9am, the staff arrived at 10am & stated another doctor would be seeing patients and he wasn’t available until 12pm

It shows that the appointment was available to book. Than I booked it and it was confirmed. While me and my family travel so far to visit. The place was closed. No one contacted us to notify us.

It's 2023. Have a soap dispenser in the bathroom. I did not expect to see watered down soap in a barely empty bottle. The provider came off cold. Not very warm and friendly. Very serious and matter of fact but thorough I suppose.

I waited for over 2hrs to be seen and was seen for less than 15mins by the provider, then had to wait a while again for blood work and tests to be done. Overall I was there for more than 3hrs for something that could have been finished in less than an hour. Do not recommend if you are not a patient person. Front desk manager was great though.

First to begin, this was the best annual physical I've ever had! Dr. Norma and Kritstina are the most courteous, professional, personable medical professionals I've ever met! Dr. Norma asked me all sorts of questions, was very thorough in her explanations, and showed genuine care for my health and safety! She listened to everything I had to say and had very honest opinions and recommendations. Dr. Norma is a family practitioner, so my next move is to book an appt for my husband! Thank you ladies for your care and expertise!

Seeing and speaking to Norma is like receiving a warm hug. She’s extremely attentive and takes her time to explain everything to you, which explains why the wait time is so long. I think the appointments should be spaced out more. However, I would definitely recommend.
