She asked appropriate questions to build an understanding of my background, and we also went deep and discussed relevant issues and she gave great advice. I'm new to therapy and was so nervous for my first appointment but all of the nerves were shrugged away almost immediately after meeting Dr. Valle. With such a welcoming and understanding personality it really felt like a human listening to another human not a sterile doctor analyzing a patient like an object. I'm a pretty shy person but the conversation flowed so well and I can honestly say that I'm excited for my next session and to see my growth under Dr. Valle's guidance
