Empowered Mental Wellness

I specialize in person-centered integrative psychiatry for adults and adolescents ages 15+. I strive to take my clients beyond symptom relief and towards optimal well-being. I integrate traditional psychiatry and supportive psychotherapy with herbal and nutritional supplements and with holistic and mind-body therapies including mindfulness, somatic therapy, lifestyle and nutrition coaching. My approach is compassionate, participatory and person-centered. I believe that we all need to feel aligned and empowered on our path to mental wellness. I aim to equip you with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your mental health treatment, and the strategies and resources you need to achieve your mental health goals.
