Welcome to Empowered Psychiatry and Wellness where compassionate care meets comprehensive expertise. Omolola (Lola) Oloyede is a double board-certified nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her advanced education as a Family nurse practitioner from the University of Texas, Health Science center of Houston and gained a post master’s Psychiatric mental health specialty certification at Wilkes University. She specializes in both primary and psychiatry care. Asides over ten years of health care experience in various fields including community health, inpatient intensive care units, emergency rooms and outpatient clinics, what sets Lola apart is her unique approach to treatment, which combines traditional medical expertise with a holistic perspective. She believes in treating the entirety of an individual, seeking out the root cause of health issues and addressing them from a multidimensional standpoint.
