Empowering Resilience LLC

Supporting individuals through their reproductive journey is my passion. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Empowering Resilience LLC, I offer compassionate guidance during all stages of this deeply personal experience. My commitment stems from my own experiences with fertility challenges, reproductive trauma and loss, and perinatal mental health issues. I have pursued advanced training in women’s mental health and am actively expanding my expertise in perinatal mental health and reproductive trauma through further certifications. My approach is holistic and client-centered, meeting individuals where they are and considering their unique experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we establish meaningful goals and develop a plan to achieve them. I utilize evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness, alongside knowledge of resources and specialized options. This collaborative approach ensures a tailored plan that empowers you to navigate any challenges with confidence.
