My name is Jessica Edmundson and my mission is simple; I want to help you do the work necessary to be and feel like the best version of yourself. Together we will work to establish therapy goals that will assist you in taking the steps necessary to be and feel like the best version of yourself. I currently offer secure telehealth sessions for both individuals and couples. Individual counseling sessions are tailored to each client's unique needs, providing a safe space for self-exploration, personal growth, and emotional healing. Couples therapy sessions focus on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships to promote mutual understanding and harmony.
