Empowering You Therapy

As a professional therapist, I help individuals and couples through life transitions, grief and loss, self-discovery, finding motivation, and coping and navigating through challenging family dynamics/relationships. Through this process we can work together to learn new skills and tools to help connect the past with the present, to gain insight into your life and relationships, and challenge any maladaptive thinking patterns that might not be serving you. I incorporate an eclectic skillset, incorporating insight-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy using a trauma informed approach. I am a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges and hardships. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards making a change. I am here to support and help to empower you through that journey. Graduate of Columbia University (MSW) and New York University (BS in Applied Psychology)
