Dr. Dimitrios Asters was informative, compassionate, and k no knowledgeable. The wait was tortured though. I was there 3 hours and they even forgot about me at one point. For someone with chronic pain like me, this was a nightmare. But I would definitely go back because finding a good doctor is rare now a days, otherwise I would not return.

The doctor was great! But the office experience was painful. I waited about 1:30h to be seen by the doctor, the nurse excused herself 5 times during my intake, very disorganized office.

Anca is so pleasant and caring. I had blood drained and someone told her I tend to pass out when I get blood drained and when I got to her office she bought me juice and crackers lol. I thought that was so cute and kind of her. She also listened to my needs and provided feedback for everything. She gives you the will of coming back to that clinic just for her. She is very thorough with exams which it gives me a peace of mind that someone test you for things that other primary care doctors don’t test for.

It was very dissapointing!. I saw him last week. I was very specific as to the reason for my appointment ( I fell and broke arm/wrist) and needed a second opinion before a surgery. When I got there the doctor told me that he would refer me to a hand specialist as that was not the specialty. I told him I had the hospital records and x-ray cd, he stated that he couldn't look at it. I asked him to take new x- rays he then stated that the technician was not there until next week. Then, I asked him to tell me what his opinion was after he read the hospital records. I didn't get his opinion. He didn't even look/check my arm/fingers. His staff should know what his specialty is so they don't make appointments for people with arm/hand fractures.
