Enamel Dental Studio
Dr. David Choi lived in the West Loop for five years while studying at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. During his third and fourth years in school, he was recognized for clinical and academic excellence, and his professional dedication and exceptional commitment to dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Choi worked at private dental practices in Wheeling and Des Plaines before returning to the West Loop to open his own practice. In just one year, he has gained a loyal following, not only because he takes the time to know his patients, but also because he invests in his business to offer top quality service and care. He believes the best treatment plans begin with listening and learning.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Choi spends time with his wife and dog in the West Loop

Dr. Andrew Choi is Awesome, he took his time explaining all my dental needs, I did not feel rushed. I want to fix my smile by straightening my teeth and he thinks invisalign can help and showed me on a computer what my smile can look like! office is high tech and clean!

There are fewer things in this world I hate more than the dentist. After several bad experiences at more than a few dentists I've always dreaded to the dentist.
When I found Enamel Dental Studio my first assumption was that they were running some sort of review scam. How else can you explain near perfect reviews in a world where people are happy to voice their slightest complaints online at the slightest drop of a hat?
Well dear reader, I am happy to report after 2 visits I can confirm that the reviews are 100% legitimate and very accurate. Dr David and the staff at Enamel Dental Studio go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and understand every step of the process. Never once did I feel worried or confused about anything that was happening.
Their COVID precautions are also beyond most any other place I've visited in the last 9 months. There are medical grade air purifiers in each patient room, as well as specialized suction machines to remove air particles during procedures. This is of course in addition to normal things like temperature checks, patient screenings, and strict mask requirements.
If you've been looking for a dentist or have been on the fence about making an appointment, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Choi was great! I have had the same dentist since I was a child and was very hesitant about going somewhere new upon moving to the city. The overall experience was great and the staff was very friendly. I had a couple questions and Dr. Choi was able to answer them effectively and was very knowledgeable about costs and insurance coverage.

He is AMAZING! The best dentist I have ever seen. One of the hygienists, Lucy, is also really great. They are thorough but also thoughtful. Don’t be afraid to go if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while!

I love the office! Everything is new and modern and the staff and doctor are fantastic. The doctor was not only able to tell me about my problems with my old fillings, he was able to show me. Before I got out of the chair, I had a treatment plan in my hands that include the breakout of what should be covered by my insurance and what I will be expected to pay out of pocket. I highly recommend Dr. Choi and staff.

I have been to this office twice now and I am extremely impressed and confident with Dr. Choi. He is professional and not only explains you the situation well, but shows you on the X-rays. Great experience! Before I went to Enamel, I never had a dentist take the time to explain different procedures and potential risks involved. Over the years, I have been in many dental chairs and wondered what exactly the dentist and staff were seeing. Here, they show the patient as they explain on a front-facing screen, which makes a huge difference. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Enamel Dental! Tons of great things to say about Dr. Choi and his staff! For starters, I went a few years without visiting a dentist then relocated to the city and stumbled upon Enamel Dental. I was worried going in at first because I knew I needed a decent amount of work done. When I first met with Dr. Choi he created a 2 yr plan for me outling the procedures, I needed and organized them by priority, as well as broke them down into different calander years to better work with my insurance. For me, this was the first time a dentist took into account my out of pocket cost and FSA/HSA and designed a plan that works for me. I have now been coming back to Enamel Dental for 2 yrs and have had multiple cleanings (performed by Lucy who is awesome!!) fillings, crowns and a root canal, all the procedures were handled professionally and pain free! In addition, throughout the procedures Dr. Choi and Lucy take plenty of pictures of what they are doing and explain to you why they are doing what they are, Furthermore, they explain your options and both give their opinion, but ultimately allow you to mak an informed decision. Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences with Enamel Dental. I enjoy with Dr. Choi and his team and glad to have stumbled upon them when I did! Other positives: implements new technology in procedures, clean office and lobby free parking on site, can watch Netflix during procedures, flexible scheduling, take home gift bag (toothbrush, Floss etc.

Great experience, the whole staff worked as a team to make my visit seamless. Everyone was very polite, accommodating and answered all of my questions. I had been going to the same dentist for years and then switched due to a job change and I'm glad I did. Dr. Choi was very thorough and found areas of my mouth that needed work that my past dentist missed, I am grateful that he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and explained what the next steps are. They went over billing and made sure I understood everything before I left. I will definitely continue to go to Enamel for all my dental needs.
