Enduring Hope Counseling
I like to think of life as a journey and find my passion in accompanying individuals in their quest for a fulfilling and purposeful life. I have worked with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, addiction, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and relationship issues, to name a few. I find joy in creating a safe environment in which people feel valued and comfortable sharing their experiences, struggles, hopes and dreams and where we can work together to create the life each person hopes for.
I enjoy working with a variety of issues and challenges, using a strengths-based approach, using a variety of techniques from various theoretical orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, spiritual practice, in a foundation of psychodynamic dialogue.
My approach includes focusing on a person's strengths, hopes, abilities, and goals in order to create an empowered and balanced life that includes mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health.
And finally, my practice is named Enduring Hope because I believe where there is life, there is hope.

She is very nice, listened well. But when I am looking up a specialist and a doctor is listed under that specialty, I expect that to be true. She had no idea about OCD (just in general, literally can do a Google search and learn more) and I just ask that even though it’ll bring in more clients, maybe cut down on certain “specialties” she claims to have. Not cool.
