Engaging Grace Mental Health Counseling

I work with women of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and abuse. I use a trauma-informed care framework to honor your past experiences and current challenges. I incorporate expressive arts tools to support healing and self-discovery for exploring feelings beyond words. Our work is guided by EFT, helping individuals and couples understand and transform emotional responses and relationship patterns. I offer a safe, supportive, and understanding space where your journey is respected. My approach is designed to help you process difficult feelings, build resilience, and find new paths to well-being and fulfillment.
