I cannot say enough wonderful things about my time with Carly. Both via video call and in person, she is warm, empathetic and engaging, which can be a struggle on remote sessions. In addition to therapy sessions, I did an intensive in person EMDR session with her that has had a profound impact on my healing from both childhood trauma and grief. I am not overstating when I say that overall it has been life changing. I have been to several therapists in the past and while all served a specific purpose, my perspective and outlook has been so dramatically improved as a direct result of working with Carly.
