I cannot recommend Nene enough! She has great energy is so helpful. She made our entire session so seamless. I had an issue with the pharmacy and when I reached out to her she immediately responded and handled it for me within a 15 minute time span. I couldn't be more grateful for her support & thoroughness.

She saw me within record time after my request for a review. She spent time explaining my diagnosis and the planned treatments. I felt I was listened to, and my problems addressed in a very humane way.

I am really grateful for Dr. Umunnakwe. She listens to me and asks questions. At my second appointment, she remembered me and knew everything I was going through already. I was very unsure about seeing a doctor online because it seems so impersonal, but she has definitely put my concerns to rest. She’s been available and quick to respond to all my questions when I reached out to her after my appointment. I’m so glad I took this step and don’t feel alone in dealing with my mental health.

Great talk, but I felt like I needed to see someone else. Additionally, my insurance is suddenly no longer accepted so there is no way for me to rebook anyway.
