I felt that the interaction was judgmental, and I did not feel heard regarding my concerns. I also found the approach lacking professionalism and sympathy, which made it difficult to discuss possible solutions effectively.
I believe that a more understanding and patient approach would greatly improve the experience for future patients. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be considered moving forward.

I was having issues and didn’t have a link to get into the video but the number listed for the office did not ring and hung up immediately so I was not able to meet with this doctor.

She wasn’t very empathetic or a good listener. Most sessions were shorter than 10 minutes and felt like she was trying to get off the phone as soon as possible. She would often be late to appointments as well.

Extremely attentive, and knows when someone has an idea of what they're talking about. I went with a list of self-researched concerns and told her about my symptoms and issues. She listened and laughed at my jokes when I made them, which made me feel better about going to her. She even confirmed some of my stories to be exactly what I thought.
