Enrichment Wellness is a holistic and mindfulness based practice based out of Gaithersburg, MD. We provide services for a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder and BPD. We provide counseling for individuals, families, couples and children. Our mission is to help our clients discover healing and build a balanced life – to have them remain in the present moment, make meaningful space for their emotions, to identify and release negative thoughts, and to support them in developing a sense of empowerment over their life through mindfulness and taking action.
