I recently visited Dr. Stephanie Ng for allergy evaluation and treatment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care she provides. Dr. Ng was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in understanding my symptoms and concerns. What stood out most was her ability to translate complex medical information into something easy to understand. She didn’t rush, didn’t dismiss anything I shared, and took the time to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs. That level of thoroughness and compassion is rare. Her staff was equally welcoming and efficient, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to follow-up. I left the office feeling confident, supported, and finally hopeful about managing my allergies long-term.
I highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Ng to anyone looking for an allergist who combines expertise with genuine care. She is exceptional.

Knowledgeable Dr Eng, attentive and explains everything to increase patient understanding of the issue, diagnosis and treatments . Not pushy MD, but confident, honest and humbled at same time. Good experience over all ,focused on health needs , capacities to cooperate with MD suggestions and treatment plan, does not feel as pure business. MD Eng is very caring, supportive and understanding expert in her field and patient oriented.

Dr. Eng was friendly and able to engage with my 11 year old who was nervous about the allergy testing process. The office visit was as pleasant as allergy testing for a child can be. I would definitely recommend this office to a friend.

I had a really pleasant experience at this office, Dr. Eng was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining my options and the reason for her recommended treatment plan. I felt like she wasn’t rushing through the appointment at all and took time to listen to everything I was saying. They were also very clear about what to expect with insurance and billing, and did not pressure me at all to make a decision about treatment prior to checking with them first.

Easy to make an appointment through Zocdoc. Friendly office and the nurse was great with my 2 yr old grandson. Dr. Eng was very thorough and spent enough time explaining the next steps. I would definitely recommend it.

Dr. Eng is excellent! She was very thorough, asked many probative questions, answered all questions without being condescending and in a way that provided keen insight, and gave of her time without making it feel rushed. The office staff was efficient and friendly, and my appointment began right on time. I’m the type of person who has to be near death to see a doctor, but this office made me feel seen, heard and well cared for. Would recommend to anyone seeking an allergist.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience. Dr. Eng was very informative and polite. She provided a timeline and multiple options of treatment if one med doesn't work. With non-food allergies it's a lot of trial and error so I'm looking forward to getting to the bottom of what's triggering my daughter's hives.
