PA, Victoria White, listened to me, took me seriously, and recognized that I am aware of the details regarding Eustacian Tube Dysfunction. Ears feel “clogged up,” muffled, pressure, and significant hearing loss. Used microscope to get a better view and confirmed my self-diagnosis. I am booked immediately for bilateral tubes just one week out. Thank you PA White and the staff for working with me today. The check in process was easy as was the check out process. The office also called me when I had just left to inform me they had already filed insurance and gotten approval for next Monday’s procedure. They even informed me of the copay amount for the procedure.

I seen Lee Plair, NP and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and completed a thorough exam where I finally had answers to my health concerns! Lee took the time to explain his findings and the plan of care. I am usually skeptical with seeing NPs, but I highly recommend him as a NP provider.
