I waited an hour to see the doctor - he spoke with me briefly, looked in my ears, listened to my concerns and quickly determined my condition was not under the line of his care (TMJ) and dismissed me in less than 10 minutes.
My hearing has been difficult, the concern has been growing for a number of months, it took courage to make the appointment, I had to negotiate my schedule to go to the appointment and then had to wait 40 minutes in the patient's room before the doctor came in.
This visit was not covered by insurance.
I had hoped for more help and attention. Disappointed.
