Honestly, the doctor seemed like a nice man, but—like so many I’ve encountered—I could sense the ego the moment I tried to advocate for my health. I was told there’s nothing wrong with my ears, despite the fact that they’ve been crackling and itching for over four years now. I also experience pressure changes and pain at times. Because I passed their hearing and pressure tests, I feel like I was dismissed—like I was cast aside without any real answers or support. I left feeling unheard and frustrated, and still without a solution to a problem that affects my daily comfort.
