I was two minutes late and they canceled my appointment. Drove an hour to get there and got stuck in traffic which resulted in being less than five minutes late.

I wanted to get a 2nd opinion outside of my normal referral about some nose congestion. My doctors referred ENT physician could not fit me in for 3 weeks. I was able to make a next-day appointment with Dr. Duck, and she was super helpful. Office is super clean and everyone is very friendly. I do not use insurance and their out-of-pocket costs were as expected. Overall very helpful appointment - Dr. Duck is very easy to work with and was very patient with all of my questions.

Dr. Cynthia Duck was very attentive to my questions, concerns and issues and was incredibly thorough in her explanations and suggestions. I am very pleased with the results of my first visit and highly recommend her to anyone.
The staff is very polite and professional.

Felt like they cared but I dont feel as if anything really got done. But I dont know if thats just because it cant be or they dont know.. but ill be having to now get a second option

Became unfriendly when they didn't know what was wrong after a few tests. But maybe a result of the problem being out of their listed expertise areas, so check first.
