I was really disappointed with my experience. This was my first time with this provider and I went in hoping I could get help with tonsil stone removal. I honestly don’t even know if that’s the cause of my discomfort, I was only guessing. When the provider came in, she was short with me and immediately jumped to the conclusion that I should just have my tonsils removed before even looking at me. When she did start looking at me, she made a poor attempt to look at my tonsils and stated she couldn’t see them at all cause my tongue was in the way. No other options were provided other than pushing the tonsil removal surgery. I didn’t even have time to process what she was saying before she left the room and then I was rushed out. I regret even going in to see this provider.

Filled out check in documents online before going to the office and it took 15 min to fill out. Only to find out I had to do it 5 pages more of documents when I arrived. Some of it was a repeat. I arrived 11 minutes early and waited 17 minutes past my appointment time to see an MA. Took 32 minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me to then tell me I need to come back for a hearing test. I was confused and said, I thought that is what I came for? She shrugged her shoulders and said her assistant would help me reschedule. I told them I would find another doctor.

When I first arrived, a staff member was helping an older gentleman way above and beyond what most any other office would have, being on the phone with his wife at home for his after office care instructions -wow. The gal behind the door noticed she was busy and so got me checked in herself. This was my first time but I really liked the doc, he was kind and complimentary towards his male tech that was typing up notes as we talked. He listened well and offered over the counter suggestions for minor things and got me a game plan going forward for my main issue. Left in a positive mindset. Watch out for that bench in the waiting room tho… its a lot softer than it looks and you sink into it feeling like a kiddo low to the ground ;)

Ok experience, was capable of diagnosis etc. However, was a bit judgmental when explaining situation, reprimanded a bit for a hard-to-avoid environment exposure for allergic reaction rather than listening.
