I kind of dread going to the doctor, like most people, and especially when it comes to my ears! BUT, Kaelyn explained the procedure for my plugged up ear which was way better than what I was thinking! She was very gentle and her bedside manner was the best!!! I was very impressed, as not many providers are like this anymore. I highly, highly recommended her. Out of 5 stars, she gets 10!!

I went in for antibiotics due to an infection. I was told they were getting me antibiotics, but it seems I was only given a Z-Pak for a steroid. I do not want to take a steroid if that is the only treatment provided I was told it would be an addition to the antibiotic. The only thing that helps treat my infection is antibiotics. I get this issue four to five times a year, so I know what treatment works for me. I was specifically told an antibiotic would be sent in. When I went to my pharmacy, the prescription was not there. They informed me they sent information to the doctor’s office around noon and were waiting for a response. By 6 o’clock, there was still no communication. I also called the doctor’s office and left a voicemail. The lack of communication and follow-up with both me and my pharmacy was extremely unprofessional. I also requested a doctor’s note, but only got a paper for an appointment two weeks away, leaving me with no proof I was seen today to provide my employer.

The front office woman was so nice and friendly. I was greeted right away. She already had my info from Zocdoc so check in was a breeze and I was basically taken back right away. Casey was super friendly and listened to my issue and responded with appropriate steps. I highly recommend them!
