I kind of dread going to the doctor, like most people, and especially when it comes to my ears! BUT, Kaelyn explained the procedure for my plugged up ear which was way better than what I was thinking! She was very gentle and her bedside manner was the best!!! I was very impressed, as not many providers are like this anymore. I highly, highly recommended her. Out of 5 stars, she gets 10!!

When I first arrived, a staff member was helping an older gentleman way above and beyond what most any other office would have, being on the phone with his wife at home for his after office care instructions -wow. The gal behind the door noticed she was busy and so got me checked in herself. This was my first time but I really liked the doc, he was kind and complimentary towards his male tech that was typing up notes as we talked. He listened well and offered over the counter suggestions for minor things and got me a game plan going forward for my main issue. Left in a positive mindset. Watch out for that bench in the waiting room tho… its a lot softer than it looks and you sink into it feeling like a kiddo low to the ground ;)

I was in excruciating pain and found an opening for the ENT office nearby. The booking process was simple and after filling in the new patient paperwork I was happy to get seen. The Provider Charles Blake,FNP-BC couldn’t have been better! He listened and took notes regarding my symptoms. After a detailed explanation with the anatomy chart, he meticulously explained what I was experiencing. He had empathy and compassion and solutions! The prescriptions he recommended were called in to the pharmacy and I began his protocol immediately. I’m hopeful for a recovery and will be doing a follow up with this provider. I highly recommend him for any ENT allergy issues. Thanks to zocdoc for your service.

Ok experience, was capable of diagnosis etc. However, was a bit judgmental when explaining situation, reprimanded a bit for a hard-to-avoid environment exposure for allergic reaction rather than listening. Was treated a bit like “one of those patients” off the bat, when I feel that I had valid concerns that i voiced clearly and logically.
