The receptionist who checked me in gave me a stack of paperwork and said “there’s only a few things to fill out”. I started filling out part of the first page with demographic info, but then the information on the rest was redundant. I brought it all back to her asking why I had to fill out this again as I’d already done it on line. Her reply was “oh, that’s right. I’m so sorry”. My comment is that I didn’t unnecessarily fill out the paperwork again, but I worry about other patients. Shouldn’t the receptionist double check the on line forms before she/he hands them out?

I was really disappointed with my experience. This was my first time with this provider and I went in hoping I could get help with tonsil stone removal. I honestly don’t even know if that’s the cause of my discomfort, I was only guessing. When the provider came in, she was short with me and immediately jumped to the conclusion that I should just have my tonsils removed before even looking at me. When she did start looking at me, she made a poor attempt to look at my tonsils and stated she couldn’t see them at all cause my tongue was in the way. No other options were provided other than pushing the tonsil removal surgery. I didn’t even have time to process what she was saying before she left the room and then I was rushed out. I regret even going in to see this provider.

Filled out check in documents online before going to the office and it took 15 min to fill out. Only to find out I had to do it 5 pages more of documents when I arrived. Some of it was a repeat. I arrived 11 minutes early and waited 17 minutes past my appointment time to see an MA. Took 32 minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me to then tell me I need to come back for a hearing test. I was confused and said, I thought that is what I came for? She shrugged her shoulders and said her assistant would help me reschedule. I told them I would find another doctor.

Provider is very hard to understand and talks rapidly and speaks over people when they are trying to say something. Straight up refused to provide any assistance with Start Hearing paperwork.

The receptionist was not very welcoming but I think she was just covering a break. Assistant and dr very friendly. Dr walked in and asked me if I was there for sleep apnea without reading my chart. Visit was for tinnitus and pain in my throat. Turned into I have tmj and deviated septum, asked if I want antibiotics (for what?) hearing test scheduled 1 month out so now I need return visit rather than while I was there. I will be seeking a 2nd opinion and not returning
