Going to Envision Optometry is always an amazing experience. Everything is well coordinated. Even with an appointment, I have literally never waited more than three minutes to start the procedure from the technician to the doctor.

Dr Lister surprised me - I saw her with the sole intent to request a specific procedure as a last ditch effort at treating dry eye (already worked up / trying other treatments at a well known ophthalmology center in Boston), but she gave me a very thoughtful and thorough evaluation with insights I had not been given before. Also, she took images of my Meibomian glands - it sounds like a little thing but no other clinic ever did this and I was under the impression my glands were atrophied / dying when in fact they are mostly alive and normal caliber.
In the end she helped me realize the procedure I was requesting is unlikely to help and suggested a few other (less expensive) treatments that are much more promising based on my exam findings. I also asked about a separate eye issue for which she took the time to understand me and again provided a few insights which I had not heard from any of the other clinics I had been to.
TL;dr Impressed and grateful I lucked into seeing her.

It was my first visit there and the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces at the front desk. I was taken back almost immediately by an assistant who was also friendly. Dr Lister listened to and addressed all of my concerns. She took her time with my exam, I didn’t feel rushed. I would definitely recommend seeing her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lister for a couple of years now. Have recommended her and the Envision team to family members, who now won’t go to any other eye doctor. Exams are extremely thorough, and the office is very clean with great technology. The staff is friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
