I shocklingy was able to get my teeth cleaned with numbing needles, the hygienist is a magician, ive never in my life had a simple cleaning without bieng totally num. The doctor sat me down and made me aware of what must be done and even discovered my previous dentist charged my insurance for two implants only to find out they were not at all an implant, im blown away by that, anyway this place is a well oiled machine. And i learned needing invisiligne is not just for making teeth look better, but preventing chaos later on in life, and it was clearly explained so I agreed. This was suggested to me years ago about my overbite and I declined because the dentist didn't explain why like envy does, I'm very pleased

Came in as a new patient, not even sure if I was seen by the doc I booked the appt for as she came in without introducing herself and doesn’t look like the person on the picture posted on Zocdoc. She didn’t even ask what my concerns were or reason for visit. She started selling me Invisalign and telling me that I should invest in myself from the get go - I never expressed any interest in Invisalign (not on the registration form or in person). I feel like I was coerced into listening to her pitch. Very unprofessional as a dentist if she is one. I would not recommend this place. I read some of the reviews on Zocdoc and had my doubts after reviewing some of the negative reviews, didn’t think it would be a horrible experience. I should have just listened to my instincts.

Firstly, on the walk in, Liz (the front desk personnel) was extremely personable and kind. THEN, after being seen for what was suppose to be just a teeth cleaning, a woman walks in basically scaring you into getting Invisalign with them. Throwing discounts and trials and nothing but pure pressure at you to book it immediately as they're ‘the best to ever do it.’ I made it to the front after being seen and she basically drill me again despite me repeating that I had to consider doing Invisalign right now due to other responsibilities. She comes up with another discount and reasons why I needed it RIGHT NOW because the current discount was too good. Also, Smile Envy takes my insurance BUT a couple days after the ‘teeth cleaning’ session, I am sent this HEFTY bill because they don't cover all the other services the office had done. NO ONE made this clear to me AT ALL! I feel lied to and taken advantage of and I don't even trust doing Invisalign or ANYthing else with them in the future.

Really disappointed. Started off well with a great hygienist but the doctor came in and immediately told me I needed to start Invisalign. She said the reason for all my past cavities is the overcrowding of my teeth and the ONLY way to prevent future cavities is to do Invisalign. She said removing my wisdom teeth won’t create more space and I would end up losing my front teeth if I don’t do Invisalign right now (I’m 22 years old and don’t neglect my teeth, I just didn’t floss as a child but do now). She kept pushing payment plans after I told her I would need to consider the financial implications and pushed flash sales and limited discounts, then booked me for scans before even acknowledging my teeth. I was at my previous dentist 4 months ago and knew I would have some cavities and a possible root canal because of a problematic filling. This dentist told me I had 5 root canals and multiple cavities which needed to be taken care of to prevent a bone infection. Talk about fear mongers

This office is excellent. Very nice staff. The doctors there explain everything that needs to be done. They are patient and take their time to make sure you receive the best treatment. The office is very clean, the staff knows you as soon as you walk in. Would highly recommend!

I had to write a review because this is one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with a dental office. Upon coming the team was super welcoming and polite. The appointment was honored and I was taken in almost immediately. Every step of the way, each member of the team that I interacted with explained to me what was going on. I went in for x-ray, cleaning and a consultation and all my questions were answered. The attentiveness absolutely sold me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dental facility that offers general dental work and orthodontic work.

Dr. Weiner is a very knowledgeable dentist whose expertise far exceeded any other dental visit I've had thus far. The office has the most modern technology and a warm staff. My wait time was under 5 minutes. I will be returning for ongoing orthodontic work.
